Please make sure that your shipping address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Shipping rates will vary depending on:
- The total weight of package
- The method of shipping chosen at checkout. 

International shipping generally takes up to 10-21 business days however, international packages require passage through customs, which may cause a delay to the time of arrival. Please note we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any fees required by customs for any reason. 

  • Shipment processing time:
    Processing time for orders is 1-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays).  
    Please note: these times may be extended during holidays, launches/restocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.

  • Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
    Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable).  Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.

  • Customs, duties, and taxes:
    Scandal Beauty is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

  • Wrong or Incomplete Address: 
    If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to the corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    Scandal Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier. Please make sure that your shipping address is correctly entered at checkout and includes all relevant and/or required information. Once your package has been shipped,  you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your shipment. It is the customers responsibility to track the package. 

    If your package is lost or stolen please contact your local post office or the carrier directly to submit a service request or a claim, as we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
